1. Scope
This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by JoshDesign Digital Studio. It applies in addition to the project-specific Statement of Work signed with each client.
2. Retainer Cancellations
- Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
- The current month's retainer is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Any prepaid retainer for future months will be refunded in full, less work-in-progress costs.
3. Project Cancellations
- If you cancel before kick-off, the 50% advance is refundable less an administrative fee of ₹2,500.
- If you cancel mid-project, the advance is forfeited and you will be billed for any additional work delivered.
- If we are unable to commence or complete the agreed scope, you will be refunded for the un-delivered portion of work.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Bank transfer charges, if any, are deducted from the refunded amount.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registrations, hosting and third-party software purchased on your behalf.
- Printing and production charges already paid to vendors.
- Custom photography or video shoots already booked or completed.
